Important Notes:
- Your Password must contain Upper Case Letters, Lower Case Letters, Number and special characters (length of PIN is Min 6 & Max 15 Characters) it’s recommended not to use the same password for more than one account.
- Under no circumstances you shouldn’t reveal your personal identification number (PIN) to anyone Ghazanfar Bank will never ask you to disclose it.
- Your internet banking user name will always be your Customer ID
- If you receive error and not able to login or receive session expired while using internet banking in PC kindly clear Catche/Browsing history by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Delete in same time to clear.
- It’s feasible for customers to set security questions for self-password reset.
