Stamped or multiple holes are made on it. Any sticky material is applied on the Bank Note Any Bank Notes which are washed by any other chemicals, acids or Ink is poured on it.  will be exchanged to useable Bank Notes in any branches of De Afghanistan Bank or any other Commercial Banks without any charges.
